I feel like the problem with this is that these things already exist for free in alot of contexts, and most people know that.
Most people under 50 know that you can present your business structure/model to chatgpt/claude/others and it will give you general or granular information on specific ai integration tools that could be applicable for you. As well as how to install them.
I'm not sure how good of an idea it is to approach people with a financial offer when basically the equivalent thing us out there for free.
I guess there may be customers out there who haven't considered asking ai how to improve their business, so maybe it's viable.
Do you recommend that you use an off the shelf tool for your clients? Or build one specific to their needs? What's the drawback of doing either one? Thanks

Has anyone done this with automated prospecting?
Having previously worked for an IT Consulting Company that sold these sorts of assessments and automation fixes to Fortune 1000 Companies, you could be charging a lot more, but the price probably works for small businesses who are the target here. I love this model with the automations you've already set up. We used to charge 50k for an assessment and then another 150-500k for the actual implementation of the automation frameworks that we prescribed. This is great content!
